The factory Monteleone and ‘a family business proud to take up Pasta Industry national tradition, exalting the typical specialties of the territory where it was born, the hills of the flowering Jasmine Riviera in Calabria.
The idea of the pasta factory’s aim to bring to market the authenticity and flavor of the tradition of a product very dear to the Monteleone family and to Italy: PASTA.
From a small idea, a great ambition: the taste of sharing with the Italian families and in the world.

An anchor and on which you do not save Pastificio Monteleone, is the careful research and selection of high quality raw materials used in his creations. Only the purest water and the best strictly 100% Italian flour, without addition of additives, colorants, thickeners and preservatives. Added to this is a slow drying, the bronze drawing and the dossier that still takes place by hand. In our pasta you will find only three simple ingredients: flour, water and lots of love

Our laboratory pays tribute to regional identification products, emphasizing Calabrian specialties.
Among these is the Fileja, which represents one of the typical dishes of the Calabrian families Sunday.
The enhancement of local products is a source of great pride for the pasta factory, from this concept to life the Fileja flavored with chilli, product symbol of our region.
